1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • To request cancellation, contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product received in damaged condition.
  • Product received in a defective condition.
  • Product missing from the order.

To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Consumable wellness and nutrition products after opening
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking system.
  • If a replacement is preferred and available, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and product photos/videos.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide a resolution.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable.
  • In cases where the error is on our side (wrong or damaged product), return shipping costs may be covered by Shudh Store.

7. Refund Approval

All refund and return requests are subject to verification and approval by Shudh Store. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
